Today, the Aden Appeals Prosecution summoned the Director of the Prime Minister’s Office, Anis Baharitha, to appear before it to give his testimony regarding the complaint filed against him by the judicial police.

Informed sources stated that the complaint relates to a number of issues, but its precise details have not yet been revealed. 

The prosecution explained that this summons comes within the framework of legal procedures aimed at enhancing transparency and ensuring the rights of all parties concerned. She stressed the importance of Baharitha’s presence to provide his testimony and complete the necessary investigations.
