A delegation from the German Embassy visited the German International University in Aden, where they were received by the University President, A. D. Abdel Fattah Al-Saidi and all members of the University Council. 

The delegation, which included Ms. Marcela Masiarek, Development Advisor, and her accompanying delegation, toured the university’s departments, accompanied by a number of academics and administrators, on an exploratory tour of the university and its facilities. 

The visit discussed ways to enhance academic and research cooperation, including cultural and scientific exchange programs, and discussed potential support from the embassy to the university in the fields of education and scientific research.

At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation expressed its satisfaction with the rapid development witnessed by the university, praising its global educational environment.
 For his part, the president of the university thanked the German embassy for its continued support, stressing the importance of cooperation with German institutions in developing higher education in Yemen.
