Under the patronage of the Governor of Hadhramaut Governorate, Mr. Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, the Assistant Undersecretary of Hadhramaut Governorate for Youth Affairs, Mr. Fahmi Badawi, opened this morning, in the city of Mukalla, the photo exhibition “The UAE’s Achievements in Hadhramaut,” in the presence of local authority leaders and military, official, and community figures.< /p>
The exhibition, which was opened by the Projects Officer of the Emirates Red Crescent, Mr. Hamid Qawaya, comes in celebration of the 53rd National Day of the sisterly United Arab Emirates. It is held in the Hadhramaut Permanent Exhibition Hall, and continues from the second until the seventh of this December.
At the exhibition, a memorial shield was presented to the UAE by the Governor of Hadhramaut, Mr. Mabkhout bin Madi, and the local authority in the governorate. A painted painting was also presented by the Governor of Hadhramaut to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, expressing the depth of the close relationship. Which connects Hadramaut and the UAE.
At the inauguration of the exhibition, a shield was presented as a dedication from the Commander of the Second Military Region, Major General Talib Bargash, to the leadership and people of the sisterly UAE.
The exhibition displays photos documenting 721 of the most prominent development and humanitarian projects implemented by the UAE in Hadramaut Governorate, which include the sectors of health, education, infrastructure, humanitarian relief, and security support.
This event aims to shed light on the fraternal relations and fruitful cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Yemen, especially in development fields that contribute to serving society.
The exhibition is organized by the popular campaign to thank the UAE in Hadhramaut, under the supervision of the Office of the Ministry of Tourism in Hadhramaut Coast.
