Southern forces thwart Houthi escalation north of Al-Dhalea

The artillery of our Southern Armed Forces of the Fourteenth Thunderbolt Brigade, this evening, destroyed the sites and concentrations of the terrorist Houthi militia, north of Maris, in Al-Dhalea Governorate, with a number of precision artillery shells.
According to a military source in the Fourteenth Sa'iqa Brigade, our forces' reconnaissance units monitored hostile movements in the theater of military operations, as the militias were preparing to carry out escalation operations against the positions of the southern forces. The source confirmed that artillery units directly targeted those gatherings, which led to accurate casualties among the enemy’s ranks.
Eyewitnesses from the region indicated that, after the targeting, the Houthi militias quickly sent ambulances to the bombing site to transport the dead and wounded who fell as a result of the concentrated bombing. This confirms that the operation resulted in the paralysis of any hostile attempts that the militias were planning to implement on the front.
This targeting comes within the framework of defensive operations carried out by our southern armed forces to confront attempts by the Houthi militias to infiltrate or carry out hostile operations on the front lines of the Al-Dhalea border front.
The leadership of the Front stressed its continued combat readiness and full readiness to deal with any threats, stressing that our armed forces will remain an impenetrable bulwark against any attempts targeting security and stability in the geography of the south.
