Project Masam removes 808 explosive devices in one week

The Saudi Masam Mine Clearance Project in Yemen achieved a new achievement in its tireless efforts to clear Yemeni lands of war remnants, as it announced the removal of 808 explosive pieces during the first week of December 2024.
A statement issued by the project explained that Masam’s field work teams were able to discover, dismantle and destroy these explosive pieces that pose a great danger to the lives of civilians, especially children and women, and hinder reconstruction operations in the liberated areas.
The statement stressed that this achievement is the culmination of great efforts made by the project teams around the clock, which are working in difficult conditions to secure the lives of civilians and protect them from the dangers of mines.
