Responding to the most violent terrorist attack towards the south

Units of our southern armed forces participating in Operation Arrows of the East were able, at dawn today, to confront an attack by members of the Al-Qaeda terrorist organization in Wadi Omran in the Modiyah District in Abyan Governorate.
An operational source in the 2nd Support and Support Brigade reported that the heroes of the brigade responded to an attack launched by terrorist elements on one of our forces’ positions in Wadi Omran, where they were able to inflict heavy losses on those elements affiliated with the terrorist Al-Qaeda organization and supported by the Houthi militias.
The source added that the heroes of the Second Brigade responded to this cowardly terrorist attack at the entrance to the Al-Baqira area, east of the Modiya District, noting that during the response operation, one of the brigade’s members became a martyr.
