The Director General of the Local Water and Sanitation Corporation in Aden Governorate, Engineer Muhammad Bakhbira, today inspected the progress of work at the sewage station in the Technology City in Al-Mansoura District, which is the first sewage station powered by solar energy in Aden. 

He was briefed on the work of the station that pumps wastewater from the Mansoura District to the wastewater treatment basins in Kabuta. 

Engineer Bakhabira stressed the importance of the pump operating continuously by generating electricity with solar energy, which will contribute to reducing the overflow of sewage water in the neighborhoods of the Mansoura District.
