Expert: There is no impact on Yemen from Hurricane Shidu

Meteorologist Jamil Al-Hajj ruled out any effects on Yemen from the cyclone that struck northern Madagascar.
He said in a post on his page on the social networking site Facebook, that Cyclone Shido struck northern Madagascar with the strength of a Category 4 super hurricane with wind speeds of 125 knots per hour.
He added: “It also fell to the third degree with wind speeds of 115 knots per hour and is heading towards the countries of East Africa, and it has no impact on Yemen.”
