Details of an incident of interception of a leader in the security belt by Khor Maksar police

A security source familiar with the details of the incident where the security belt reconnaissance staff, Ismail Tamah, was intercepted by a Khor Maksar police car while he was on the Khor Maksar Corniche line, indicating that the incident was marred by illegal and unprofessional behaviour.
The source explained that Commander Tamah was on board a civilian government car (Tucson) without a security escort, and while he was stopping in front of the Corniche and Orchid hotels as part of his work duties, a Hilux police car stopped next to him with a number of soldiers and civilians on board.
p>He added that the car driver, who identified himself as the Khor Maksar (Al-Shaeri) police chief, asked for the car’s papers. The source indicated that Tamah presented his security belt pass and identification papers, but the police director refused to acknowledge them and insisted on removing him from the car by force, which the commander considered a violation of legal procedures.
According to the source, Tamah identified himself as the pillar of the security belt reconnaissance, and explained the necessity of coordination across security operations to avoid escalation, but this request was ignored. In light of the escalation of the situation, Tamah summoned his personal guards to the site to secure it, stressing their instructions not to escalate or be reckless.
The source indicated that Tamah retrieved his pass and immediately left the site heading to the camp, in a move to avoid further friction in the middle of the street and in front of citizens.
The source stressed that such actions negatively affect security coordination and hamper joint work efforts, calling for a review of security procedures to ensure adherence to the hierarchy and respect for the qualities of security leaders, in a way that ensures strengthening trust between the various security agencies and maintains public order.
