The University of Aden awards a Master's degree with distinction in Business Administration to researcher Mona Ahmed Saleh Al-Awlaki

This morning, the College of Social and Human Sciences, Department of Business Administration, awarded a master’s degree with distinction to researcher Mona Ahmed Saha Abdul Karim Al-Awlaki.
The researcher presented her thesis titled (The impact of transformational leadership in reducing resistance to institutional change)
A field study on a sample of leaders of local authority offices in Aden Governorate.
In the scientific discussion, the researcher reviewed a summary of her thesis through the scientific methodology she followed in preparing the thesis and the results and recommendations she reached.
The committee approved it after extensive discussion, consisting of:
