The Public Prosecution in Sayun, this Tuesday morning, in the courtyard of the Correction and Rehabilitation Administration in the Valley and Desert of Hadhramaut, executed the death sentence against the convict / Saleh Omar Ahmed Al-Askari, for killing the victim / Ahmed Muhammad Abdel Rahim Bakerman.

The death sentence was executed under the direct supervision of the Chief Prosecutor of the Seiyun Appeals Prosecution, Judge Fouad Jaber Lardi, in implementation of the ruling issued by the Harida Court of First Instance No. (1) for the year 1441 AH issued on 3/21/1441 AH corresponding to 11/18/2019 AD and confirmed by the Division Seiyun Appeal for the year 1442 AH issued on 11/1/2021 AD, approved by the ruling of the Supreme Court on 1/5/1445 AH corresponding to 11/15/2023 AD, and approved by His Excellency the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council on 10/20/2024 AD, and on the directives of His Excellency the Attorney General on 10/24/2024 AD, which included the conduct In implementation procedures.

 After urging the guardians of blood to grant absolute pardon or on the condition of blood money, they insisted on implementation in accordance with the provisions.

It is worth noting that the Hadhramaut Appeals Prosecution has issued instructions to its affiliated primary prosecutors to quickly follow up on the retribution rulings sent for implementation in the absence of any legal impediments in accordance with the rulings and based on the directives of His Excellency the Public Prosecutor in this regard.
