Naseej Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Work organizes a cultural event on the occasion of International Arabic Language Day

A cultural event was held in the Radfan District of Lahj Governorate, Thursday morning, on the occasion of International Arabic Language Day, organized by the Naseej Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Works with the support of the social personality Ateq Haitham Saeed.
The event was attended by a number of professors, lovers of the Arabic language, and a crowd of male and female students.
Dr. Hafez Al-Qutaybi, Chairman of the Naseej Foundation, pointed out the importance of language in enhancing identity and belonging, forming values, building relationships, and constructive dialogue among members of society.
The Arabic language was included among the official languages of the United Nations by a resolution issued by the United Nations General Assembly on December 18, 1973 AD.
The event witnessed creative performances presented by male and female students from the secondary and university levels, which highlighted the status of the Arabic language, its beauty, and its cultural and intellectual role.
It received the admiration and interaction of the audience.
Then, at the conclusion of the event, the participants were honored, as well as the personalities who contributed to the success of this event.
