The Hadibuh and Qalansiyah Court of First Instance in Socotra Governorate, headed by Judge Ali Al-Jariri, today issued a death sentence for the accused (H.A.M.) in the case of premeditated murder of the victim (J.A.M.), provided that the death sentence is executed by firing squad until Death in a public square.

The court also issued a ruling in its session today against the second accused, the third (M, A, M) and the third (A, M, R) to 5 years in prison from the date of their arrest as a discretionary measure, on charges of incitement and conspiracy to kill. It also ruled that they pay an amount of 2 million riyals for the victim’s heirs for litigation expenses and losses.
