It indicated that “a group of armed men led by a person called (ASD) is carrying out the work of expanding and coordinating the expansion of state and private lands and some illegal actions”

She indicated that “the gunmen objected, at gunpoint, the work of the Land Protection Unit’s patrol when they wanted to stop them from practicing these violations and the necessity of adhering to construction procedures through the legal frameworks in the Buraiqa District.”

She added, "This matter did not stop there only, but other militants were summoned on board (Dina) trucks as a blatant challenge to the law and the state, which is striving to preserve what remains of Aden.

She noted, “The leadership of the Land Protection Unit, after this illegal behavior and thuggish method that calls for and incites the use of force of arms, restores chaos to Aden, and empowers the law of the jungle over the law of the state, and after coordination with the governorate and joint operations, the Commander of the Land Protection Unit, Lieutenant Colonel Kamal Al-Halmi, directed A force from the Land Protection Unit accompanied by security reinforcements to arrest the militants and take the necessary legal measures against them.

She confirmed, "The Land Protection Unit force, accompanied by security reinforcements, arrested the main violator (A.S.D.) without raiding a house or assaulting anyone. They also seized the equipment that assisted in the violating construction process, while the rest of the group is being pursued to refer them to... The competent authorities to take legal measures against them.

On December 4, 2024, the Land Protection Unit issued a memorandum to the Salah al-Din Police, in addition to summons by the Land Protection Unit for the aforementioned persons, and there was no response, attendance, or even abstention from carrying out these actions.
