12 Yemeni expatriates died in a traffic accident in Al-Jawf and a fire broke out in an oil locomotive

Twelve people were killed in an unfortunate traffic accident on Wednesday evening, which occurred in the Khub Al-Shaab District in Al-Jawf Governorate, northern Yemen.
According to local sources and social media activists, all the victims were expatriates returning from Saudi Arabia to Yemen. The accident occurred near Al-Thuluth Market on the road leading to Al-Hazm District, the capital of the governorate.
In another incident in Al-Jawf Governorate on Wednesday evening, fire broke out in the back of an oil locomotive inside Naji Bin Sufa Station in Al-Monday Market in Al-Hazm City.
The driver of the locomotive showed great courage, as he boarded it while the fire was burning and was able to drive it away from the market to avoid a possible explosion.
According to eyewitnesses, the driver drove the tractor along the public road until he left the market, while the fire continued to burn behind him.
Activists on social media circulated video clips documenting the moment of the fire, amid a state of alert among citizens, and the authorities have not yet reported any injuries as a result of the fire or the causes of its outbreak.
These incidents highlight the dangers facing citizens in different regions of Yemen.
