Professor Haroun Muqbil Al-Samah Al-Hamidi completed the process of examining and reviewing all the orphans’ files, which were received about a month ago, in accordance with the directives of President Commander Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, and in the context of his constant interest in the children of martyrs and orphan children in all southern governorates.

In accordance with the directives of the Secretary-General of the National Assembly issued on October 11, 2023 AD and based on the directives of the brother, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Local Leadership of the Transitional Council in Lahj Governorate, Mr. Waddah Al-Halmi, dated October 12, 2023 AD, at the request of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor regarding uploading lists of orphan children to create a database Including them, work has been completed on reviewing all the files and they have been uploaded electronically in PDF format to the governorate’s transitional leadership, which will be followed by the delivery of all paper files.
Al-Samah indicated that, according to the directives of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, “2” orphan children from each group were allowed to be registered.
