A qualitative leap for the education sector in Mahra

Today, the initial handover of the teachers’ housing building took place in the Dikbrit area of Haswain District, funded by the local authority in Al-Mahra Governorate. The building includes 6 rooms, two kitchens, 6 bathrooms, and two halls. Its total cost amounted to 135 thousand dollars, and it was implemented by the contractor Omar bin Saeed Amreen.< /p>
During the reception process, it was attended by the Director of the Education Office in the Huswain District, Mr. Saad Shamlan, Mr. Masoud Al-Shamiri, Director of Projects and Equipment Management at the General Administration of Education, Engineer Hamdi Shamlan, representative of the local authority in the governorate, and Engineer Adnan bin Muhaisen, the technical supervisor of the project.< /p>
Attendees pointed out that the project comes within the framework of the local authority’s efforts to support the educational process by providing a suitable living environment for teachers in remote areas, which contributes to enhancing their stability and improving their educational performance.
This project is a qualitative addition to the development initiatives in the education sector in the Zikbreet area in the Haswain District of Al-Mahra Governorate, and reflects the local authority’s keenness to invest in improving educational conditions and supporting educational cadres in the governorate.
