In condemnation of the grave violations committed by the Houthi militia against the people of Al-Hayma Al-Sahel in Al-Tuhayta, and the cemetery west of Taiz, the city of Hays, south of Al-Hudaydah Governorate, witnessed a massive protest today to demand accountability from the Houthi gang, which is classified as a terrorist group, for its perpetrators.
Participants in the protest raised signs and slogans confirming that the Houthi massacres committed against civilians in Tuhayta and Maqbah are crimes against humanity and full-fledged war crimes that do not have a statute of limitations, calling on the United Nations to assume its responsibility and condemn the terrorist Houthi militias for the ongoing crimes they commit.
The protesters called on the international community, led by the United Nations Mission (UNMHA), to assume their humanitarian and moral responsibilities and put pressure on the militias to stop targeting civilians with projectiles and drones, and to stop crimes that threaten local and regional peace and security.
The statement expressed the thanks and appreciation of the participants in the stand, to the joint forces for their heroic roles in protecting citizens from the marches and missiles of the Houthi militias, and their solidarity with the people of the areas that were subjected to Houthi crimes in the various liberated districts.
