Human rights sources reported that a child east of the city of Taiz, Malea Abdullah Hamadi Saeed (17 years old), was injured by shrapnel in various parts of her body, as a result of the fall of a projectile fired by the Houthi group on the village of Al-Arish in the Sabr Al-Mawadim District, east of Taiz.
A member of the National Committee to Investigate Allegations of Human Rights Violations, Ishraq Al-Maqtari, said that the child was injured during the targeting of the Houthi group while she was herding sheep in the village of Al-Arish. The girl was transferred to Al-Thawra General Hospital to receive treatment.
