Government forces said, on Saturday, that they responded to sources of fire from the Houthi group on the theater of operations on the fronts of Ma’rib Governorate, in the northeast of the country. 

The Armed Forces Media Center said, in a tweet, that the army forces monitored movements of Houthi militants on several fronts south and west of the oil governorate, most of whose districts are under Houthi control.

Since the UN envoy to Yemen announced the UN truce in early April of 2022, hostilities between government forces and Houthi militants have ceased on most fronts throughout the country, with the exception of sporadic and light skirmishes from time to time
