The city of Aden is witnessing a large discrepancy in drug prices between pharmacies, which increases the suffering of citizens, especially given the difficult economic conditions.

Citizens pointed out that the prices of some basic medicines, such as jaundice treatment, differ significantly between pharmacies, as one packet is sold in some pharmacies at a price of 51 thousand riyals, while its price in other pharmacies reaches 72 thousand riyals, a difference of up to 21 thousand riyals.
