The National College of Medical Sciences launched the first introductory symposium for the college and the reception ceremony for new students for the academic year 2023/2024.
The symposium was opened by Dr. Widad Al-Saqqaf, Dean of the College, in the presence of the University President, Dr. Ali Abu Hatem, and his deputy, Dr. Fikri Al-Qadi
And Saad Abd Rabbo Al-Omari, Assistant Undersecretary of the Training and Rehabilitation Sector, Ministry of Youth and Sports.
At the beginning of the opening, Dr. Widad spoke, welcoming the attendees and guests, both by name and description.
Where I talked about the tasks and responsibility to improve the outcomes and quality of what the college provides to students. This is done by focusing on the specific specializations present in the college.
In addition to opening new specializations that will support the labor market and the college’s contribution to serving our society, which helps our students obtain job opportunities after their graduation... and also contracting with a number of hospitals and health centers.
She also emphasized the selection of distinguished academic competencies. As well as the focus and interest in practical application along with the theoretical knowledge that students receive from their distinguished professors.
In her speech, she stressed the keenness to provide all facilities to students to join the college within a group of specific medical specialties.
At the conclusion of her speech, she saluted the struggles and steadfastness of our Palestinian people. The patient, heroic people who offer us and the entire world the most wonderful lessons in redemption and sacrifice, and with their pure blood control the most wonderful epics in defending religion, land, and honor. We ask God, the Most High, the Almighty, to grant them victory and empowerment. He is All-Powerful and Mighty.
At the conclusion of the symposium, certificates were distributed to the top graduating students.
