Al-Houthi targeted workers who wanted to build a road to break the siege of Jishan

In one of the crimes that reflects the brutality of the Houthi militia and its continued aggressive approach towards the Yemeni people, this criminal group targeted workers who were working on constructing a road for the besieged Jishan district. This district, which has been suffering from a stifling siege for three years, had hoped that the new road would be formed. A window of hope for improving conditions and alleviating the suffering of the population.
This attack caused great damage, both to the project level and to the lives of the workers who devoted their efforts to serving their families and their community. The militia was not satisfied with that, but is still imposing its unjust siege on the district and its residents, in continuation of the policy of starving and bulldozing areas that refuse to submit to its sectarian project.
The besieged Jishan District is a vivid example of the suffering that Yemenis are experiencing under the control of the Houthis, where residents are exposed to neglect and the absence of basic services, in addition to being deprived of freedom of movement and food and medical supplies.
Despite this, the heroism of the people of Jaishan is evident in their steadfastness and confrontation of these criminal practices, as they seek in every way to build their city and restore life to it, despite the deliberate obstacles by the Houthis.
