Al-Dhalea Governorate witnessed this Tuesday morning the influx of tribal crowds of Shuaib people to the capital of Al-Dhalea Governorate, demanding that the local and judicial authority in the governorate quickly decide on this case, and begin holding an urgent and immediate trial and bring legal retribution against the killer of the young man Mutahhar Mani’ Al-Hakam, who was killed treacherously and aggressively last Thursday morning. He was sleeping inside his bus at the hands of the perpetrator, Muhammad Manser Qasim Al-Muslimi, next to the Hawam station in Al-Shuaib District.
