Today, Wednesday, the Homeland Shield Forces inaugurated the distribution of 3,500 food baskets, in the Modiya District of Abyan Governorate, as part of the second phase of the process of distributing food baskets to the poorest families in the governorate, in implementation of the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Homeland Shield Forces, Brigadier General Bashir Al-Subaihi. 

The distribution process is part of the humanitarian efforts made by the National Shield Forces to support the local community and alleviate its suffering, especially in light of the difficult economic conditions faced by many families in the region.

In addition, citizens expressed their thanks and appreciation for the humanitarian efforts made by the National Shield Forces in Abyan Governorate, appreciating those efforts that come in light of the difficult economic conditions that Abyan and the entire country are experiencing.

This assistance comes within a series of humanitarian efforts made by the National Shield Forces to help the poorest families, in parallel with its security and military missions.
