Israeli media reported that more than 20 raids were carried out targeting the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, and Hodeidah, in a major attack against targets of the Houthi Ansar group, carried out in coordination between the Israeli occupation and America.

Israeli Channel 14 said that three waves of strikes took place at close times, in different areas, and on multiple targets, including underground sites, including warehouses for ballistic missiles and drones.

The Israeli Broadcasting Authority said that reports received from Yemen indicate an Israeli attack on Hodeidah, the port of Ras Issa, and the Sanaa region.

The British maritime security agency “Ambry” suggested that the targets of the air strikes were oil storage facilities in the vicinity of the docks of Ras Issa port

For its part, Israeli Channel 14 reported that the attack was planned as part of the Israeli approach towards the Houthis, adding that after the international coalition completed its strikes in Yemen, Israel began attacking its own targets

The Israeli occupation army radio also said that the attack took place shortly after the American-British attacks and in a coordinated manner

Axios quoted a senior American official as saying that the attacks “were not a joint American-British-Israeli operation. Rather, there was tactical coordination to avoid a clash, but each side attacked different targets.”

In the opposite camp, the Houthi-run Al-Masirah TV confirmed that the raids targeted the Haziz power station in Sanaa.

The channel reported that the raids targeted the vicinity of Sabeen Square in the Yemeni capital, coinciding with a solidarity demonstration in support of the Gaza Strip, which has been subjected to an Israeli war of annihilation for 462 days.

In a speech coinciding with the attack, the Houthi military spokesman, Yahya Saree, announced, “Targeting a group of Israeli targets in the occupied Jaffa region with 3 drones, and carrying out military operations, including targeting an American aircraft carrier and its military equipment.”
