A number of victims fell today, Saturday, in a tragic accident that occurred in the Al-Majreesh area of ​​Al-Zaher District, located on the line linking Al-Bayda Governorate and Had Yafa.

The accident resulted from the ignition of fire in three adjacent domestic gas filling stations, following gunfire from a Houthi gunman at a citizen’s car in the area.

According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred at 3:30 pm, when a Houthi gunman opened fire on the car of citizen Muhammad Hussein Al-Haddi at the “Umm Jir” point in the Nasifah Al-Majreesh area.

One of the bullets hit a gas station, which led to a large fire in the three stations, resulting in a number of casualties and injuries among citizens in the vicinity of the stations.

Sources indicate that the incident resulted in serious injuries among civilians, while firefighters continue their efforts to control the fire that caused severe damage to facilities in the area.
