The Arab Women’s Media Network in the Arab Republic of Egypt announced the inclusion of His Eminence Judge Ikram Al-Aidaroos, member of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Yemen - Aden Governorate, in the encyclopedia of leading Arab women figures, in a recent celebration in Cairo, organized by the network in appreciation of her pioneering scientific and judicial efforts.
p>A statement issued by the Arab Women’s Media Network indicated that the media advisor, Dr. Moataz Salah El-Din, Chairman of the Arab Women’s Media Network, and Dr. Sumaya Kiwan, Editor-in-Chief of the Network’s publications, met with His Eminence Judge Ikram Al-Aidarous, and handed her the decision issued by the Network, including her entry into the encyclopedia, accompanied by the Encyclopedia’s membership medal for the leading Arab female figures, after Judge Ikram signed a copy. From the third part of the encyclopedia, she was given a certificate of appreciation, and wrote about her leadership in the encyclopedia.
The network expressed the pride of the network’s president and leaders in including His Eminence Judge Ikram Al-Aidaroos from brotherly Yemen in the encyclopedia of pioneering Arab women’s personalities issued by the network due to her distinguished biography, within the framework of honoring Arab women’s figures to highlight pioneering women in the Arab world who have made great contributions to their society. In various fields.
Judge Ikram is a member of the Technical Bureau of the Supreme Court with the rank of Vice-President of the Supreme Court. She has nearly 40 years of experience in the judiciary, and has made effective contributions to the files of peace and security, women’s participation, and their protection from violence. She has served in the judiciary in several positions, giving her diversity in Judicial responsibilities assigned to her have comprehensive knowledge of the Yemeni judicial system, and she has prominent research contributions on the reality and solutions for the role of women in the judiciary, in addition to general policy papers on the implementation of decisions related to women, security and peace in judicial reform.
Judge Al-Aidaroos has made contributions in the public, feminist, and legal fields in particular. She is a member of a number of feminist networks, including the Arab Women’s Legal Network, the Yemeni Feminist Consensus for Peace and Security, and the Women’s Solidarity Network.
