The people of Al-Darija, Numan, Habeel Hanash and Wadi Al-Faqir centers in Al-Musaimeer District in Lahj Governorate appealed to the Ministry of Agriculture and the local authority in the governorate to quickly intervene to contain a strange epidemic that has been killing their livestock for days.

The people of Al-Musaimeer said that the epidemic killed hundreds of sheep that they owned, and that the speed of its spread may enable it to kill all livestock in the Al-Musaimeer areas.

The people of Al-Mesaimeer added that they fear risks to their lives after some areas have turned into a place polluted by the bodies of their dead livestock
