The Board of Directors of the Roads and Bridges Maintenance Fund, the main center in the capital, Aden, headed by Engineer Moeen Muhammad Al-Mass, Chairman of the Board of Directors, held the first extraordinary meeting for the year 2025 to complete the discussion of work plans and strategies for the Fund’s activity for the current year 2025 and beyond, in addition to a number of topics listed in the schedule. Engineer Moeen Al-Mas began the meeting with a speech in which he thanked the efforts made and are being made by everyone in completing the tasks related to the projects during the past year, praising the great role of all the workers and employees of the Fund in bearing the responsibility for implementing the projects in an optimal manner.
The meeting dealt with a review of the Fund’s strategic plans, mechanisms and means of work to implement them in accordance with the general vision of the Ministry of Public Works, and methods aimed at improving the national road network.
The Council then reviewed a number of presentations made by the General Directors of the Fund, and listened to a number of reports on the technical and administrative performance of the Fund’s various departments, and reports on the level of completion of projects being implemented with Fund financing in the various liberated governorates.
Engineer Al-Mas confirmed that the Fund continues to perform its national tasks at the same serious pace and insist on achieving achievements through its distinguished cadres, with the support of the Minister of Works and the Board of Directors, and the blessing of the political leadership.
He stressed that success is only the most prominent thing that can be worked for and for during the coming period according to the available material and technical capabilities, to provide maintenance and development projects that serve the interests of citizens and facilitate their daily lives..
The meeting came out with a number of decisions and recommendations that would achieve the objectives of the Road Maintenance Fund in contributing to advancing development through the completion of maintenance and rehabilitation projects for the national road network.
