Aden Electricity Corporation thanks the Hadhramaut Tribal Alliance for extending the fuel supply

The General Corporation for Aden Electricity extended its sincere thanks and appreciation to the Hadhramaut Tribal Alliance, headed by Sheikh Amr bin Habrish, for their noble humanitarian and fraternal stance in extending the supply of the capital, Aden, with the usual quantities of crude oil for an additional week.
The Foundation confirmed in a statement that this position reflects the spirit of fraternal solidarity and a deep sense of the suffering of the people of Aden and the neighboring governorates, especially in light of the difficult circumstances that the country is going through.
In this context, the Corporation called on the concerned authorities to feel the national and humanitarian responsibility placed on them, and to take urgent action to provide the necessary diesel and diesel fuel to restart all stopped generation stations. She pointed out that Aden currently relies entirely on the Al-Rais station with a capacity of 65 megawatts, in addition to the solar station that operates only during the day.
The corporation stressed that providing the necessary fuel is not only a national duty, but also a humanitarian and moral responsibility towards the people of Aden, who suffer from frequent outages that increase their daily suffering. She called on everyone to take urgent action and work together to ensure the continuation of basic services and mitigate these interruptions for citizens.
