The Houthis transfer their weapons to Kamaran in preparation for a naval war

The Houthi group transferred weapons and drone parts, in successive batches, from the port of Hodeidah to the port of Al-Salif, western Yemen.
Security sources said yesterday that the Houthi group transferred large quantities of weapons and drones in the form of parts ready for assembly, on board small trucks and transport vehicles, from the port of Hodeidah to the port of Al-Salif in the same governorate.
The sources indicated that it is possible that the Houthi group will transfer part of these weapons and drones to Kamaran Island, which is about 6 kilometers from the port of Salif, which forms a security belt on the port of Salif, in addition to the security of the entry and exit of ships, in addition to its importance. The strategy is based on the fact that it supervises the international shipping lines passing through its western side.
The group intends to keep the other part of the weapons in the port area, according to sources who warned of the threat that these movements pose to international shipping lines, and an indication of its intentions to prepare for an upcoming war.
The sources did not rule out the Houthi group’s intention to launch hostile operations against external parties or parties, which would expose the Yemeni coasts to the presence and deployment of international forces in preparation for their occupation.
