King Salman Center distributes study seats and educational supplies for literacy and disabled centers in Al -Mahrah

The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works, through the executing partner, Yamani Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Action, today distributed study seats and educational supplies in illiteracy and disabled centers in Al -Mahra Governorate, within the second phase of the project "responding to the needs of local capabilities to develop education Literacy students and people with disabilities.
The project includes the distribution of study seats, educational means, and modern devices, to improve the educational environment for 6 thousand and 527 beneficiaries, including two thousand and 389 students of literacy and adult education centers, and the rest of the students of people with disabilities in the governorates (Aden, Lahj , Al -Dhalea, Shabwa, Hadramout and Al -Mahra), as well as to enhance education opportunities in societies that suffer from difficulty access to traditional education, especially for beneficiaries of literacy programs and people with disabilities.
The first deputy of Al -Mahra Governorate, Mukhtar Al -Jaafari, praised the support provided by the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the King Salman Center to contribute to the development of the education sector in the ranks of illiteracy and people with disabilities.
For its part, the Executive Director of the Disabled Care and Rehabilitation Fund, Dr. Najwa Fadl, stressed the importance of this support, which would contribute to the rehabilitation and training of groups of people with special needs.
In turn, the head of the Al -Mahra Association for Care and Rehabilitation of Deaf and Hanafis of Hearing and Mental Disabilities, the best spiral of Yaqout, explained that these methods will contribute to facilitating the delivery of information to students, raising educational efficiency and helping teachers to perform their noble mission.
This project comes within a series of projects implemented by the center to support local communities, and reflects the keenness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to improve the level of education and provide the necessary capabilities for the education sector in Yemen.
