An operational source said in the Sabiha belt that the forces clashed with the smugglers while trying to drop the shipment in the Amran coast near the podium point, where three smugglers' crews were waiting for the receipt of smuggled medicines, and after a violent confrontation, the belt forces managed to thwart the operation, which prompted The smugglers to flee the sea and the crews into the desert area near the Kaab station.

The operation resulted in the seizure of 14 cartons of smuggled drugs, which included banned varieties, most notably the narcotic "barbalan" pills with a concentration of 300, which are used for illegal purposes and pose a risk to public health.

This process comes within the framework of the ongoing efforts of the security belt forces in Sabiha to combat smuggling and confront gangs that seek to harm the national economy and health security in the capital, Aden.
