The speculative court and the head of the primary school in Lahj Governorate held today, a public session headed by Judge Abdel Hakim Al -Najashi, President of the Court, in the presence of Judge Hussein Al -Zaidi, Public Prosecution Office, and Badr Aqlan, Secretary of the Court, to consider the criminal case No. (6) for a year 1443 AH, the accused in it (PSA) of committing a murder.

After reviewing the facts of the case and listening to the pleadings, the court issued its ruling, which was spent:

1 - The conviction of the accused (S.S.A.A.

2 - Punishment of the convict with imprisonment in conjunction, and only the period he spent in prison, and considering this as a ruling on the general right. 

This ruling comes within the framework of the court's commitment to achieving justice in accordance with the laws in force.
