The meeting, which was attended by the Director of the General Electricity Corporation in Aden Governorate, Salem Al -Walidi, discussed the developments of the economic, service and living conditions, and in particular the suffering of citizens in Aden Governorate as a result of the departure of power stations, the measures taken to meet the basic needs of citizens, and secure the necessary fuel to provide energy And the stability of the electrical current, and avoiding the repetition of what happened.
The Chairman of the Command Council listened to the Prime Minister and officials concerned with economic and service affairs, an explanation about the general situation in Aden Governorate, the efforts coordinated with the local authorities to deal with service challenges, and the urgent response to the priorities and needs of citizens, in the foreground electricity, water, and care Health, reducing the repercussions of the financing crisis, and humanity that the Houthi militia attacks on the oil installations and international navigation lines.
At the meeting, Al -Alimi, the Prime Minister and officials concerned with economic and service affairs, placed in front of local developments, and the efforts made by the council, including the estimated response from a member of the Presidential Command Council, the governor of Marib Sultan Al -Arada to increase the amount of fuel sent to the generation stations in Aden Governorate, and procedures It is taken from the governor of Shabwa Awad Ibn Al -Wazir, and that is entrusted with the heads of local authorities, and the security services in the governorates by assuming their responsibilities to enhance security and stability, and secure the transfer of services to all governorates of the Republic.
He directed, to accelerate the procedures for providing the fuel needed to restart the electrical system in the temporary capital of Aden, and to reduce the suffering caused by repeated interruptions at all levels.
Al -Alimi also pointed to the efforts made by the committee in charge of the Presidential Command Council to normalize the situation in Hadramout Governorate, and to contain its repercussions on the state resources, and the efficiency of services.
The President of the Presidential Command Council affirmed his understanding and members of the council, for the peaceful requirements that witnessed the temporary capital of Aden during the past hours, stressing the state’s commitment to assume all its responsibilities in alleviating suffering, and fulfilling its inevitable obligations, especially before the blessed month of Ramadan.
The President of the Presidential Command Council stressed the implementation of the council’s decisions to return all institutions to work from within, and to carry out their responsibilities and constitutional tasks to the fullest.
