The Sirah Elementary Court holds its second session in the case of the murder of businessman Angel Al -Shuaibi

The Sirah Court of First Instance in Aden Governorate held its second public session today, Tuesday, headed by His Excellency the judge and attended by the Undersecretary of the Khor Maksar Prosecution, Judge Wijdan Muhammad Al -Jahfi, to consider the murder of businessman Angel Al -Shuaibi.
During the session, the presence of all the accused, in addition to their lawyer, as well as the lawyer of the blood parents, and the blood of the victim's blood.
Judge Nizar Al -Samman asked the Public Prosecution Office on the implementation of the previous decision based in the previous session, where the prosecution stated that it had prepared some evidence of evidence to discuss it today.
The prosecution said that it had received a memorandum from the Presidency of the Appeals Prosecution South Aden stating that there was an appeal against the appeal decision on one of the accused, as a memorandum from the prosecutor was submitted to the court that included the request to send the case file and return it to the prosecution.
The memo included a copy of the decision of the head of the Aden Court of Appeal directed to the President of the Appeals Prosecution South Aden, stating that the appeal had been against a previous decision that there is no right to file a lawsuit against one of the accused.
At the end of the session, the Honorable Judge Nizar Al -Samman, head of the Sirah Court of First Instance, decided that, upon the request of the Public Prosecution, the file is returned to the Public Prosecution to take the necessary legal measures regarding the appeal of the decision that there is no face to file the lawsuit against some of the accused. >
