The Judicial Inspection Authority carried out a field visit that included a number of courts of first instance, specialized and appellate divisions in the capital, Aden.
The head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Nazem Bawazir, confirmed that the authority is keen to monitor and evaluate judicial performance and work to improve it through field visits.
Judge Bawazir pointed out the importance of constantly evaluating the level of judges’ discipline and following up on their efforts in the progress of judicial work, and the extent of their commitment to holding sessions on the specified dates.
