Approving the regulations of the National Center for Forensic Medicine in Aden

The committee in charge of preparing the organizational regulations of the National Center for Forensic Medicine approved the draft regulation in its initial form, in preparation for submitting it to the competent authorities for its formal approval and issuance.
This came during a meeting of the committee held today in the General Court of the Ministry of Justice, headed by Judge Nabil Hassan, head of the technical office, and in the presence of its members, where the project was reviewed and the necessary amendments were made to ensure its compatibility with the necessary legal and administrative requirements.
In this context, Judge Nabil Hassan stressed that "the approval of the organizational regulations represents an important step towards strengthening the role of the National Center for Forensic Medicine, in a way that contributes to developing work mechanisms and achieving justice according to clear scientific and legal foundations," adding that "the committee was keen to be The list is comprehensive and fulfilled for all regulatory requirements to ensure performance efficiency and achieve the desired goals and aspirations.
The committee approved the draft regulations to His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Chairman of the National Center for Forensic Medicine, Judge Badr Al -Ardah, to complete the necessary legal procedures in preparation for its official issuance.
