The legitimate death sentence was carried out today in the courtyard of the central prison in Al-Mahra Governorate against those convicted of murder: (H, M, A, A) and (S, S, M, K).

The death sentence was carried out in accordance with the rulings issued by the Al-Ghaydah Court of First Instance and Appeal and the Supreme Court and the approval of the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council and based on the direction of His Excellency the Public Prosecutor, Judge Qaher Mustafa Ali.

The death sentence was carried out by firing squad after the Chief Prosecutor of Al-Mahra Appeals Prosecution, Judge Ibrahim Muhammad bin Zein, read the document implementing the ruling, in the presence of the Deputy Prosecutor of Al-Ghaydah, Judge Hani Saleh Balhaf, the Deputy Director of Public Security and the Director of Criminal Investigation, Ahmed Ali Raafit, and the Assistant Director of Public Security, Murad Muhammad Ali. Kalshat, as well as the presence of judges, members of the Public Prosecution, a number of public security officers, guardians of blood, relatives of the convicts, two doctors from Al-Ghaydah Hospital, and a large crowd of citizens.
