Korea has provided a new grant to support health and nutrition services in our country
The United Nations Children's Organization (UNICEF) announced that it has received a new Korean grant of about one million dollars, to improve health and nutritional services for the most affected groups of sustainable humanitarian crisis in Yemen.
The organization said that at the end of the year 2024, it received a grant of more than $ 925 million from South Korea to support the strengthening of primary health care systems in Yemen.
She added that this grant will enable it to enhance the ability of the country's primary health care cadres to provide health and nutritional services to the most vulnerable and needy groups, especially children.
"UNICEF" emphasized that access to primary health care in Yemen is a lifeline for millions of people, and "strengthening national health systems through primary health care works to bring basic and luxury health services to bring together societies, which guarantees better health results for all."
