Aden: The Ministry of Civil Service issued a circular to determine the official working hours in Ramadan 1446 AH

The Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance in the Yemeni capital, Aden, today, Tuesday, issued a circular No. (3) of 2025 AD regarding the organization of official working hours during the holy month of Ramadan 1446 AH, for all units of the central and local authority.
The circular identified the official working hours during the month of Ramadan to start from ten in the morning until three in the afternoon. The circular to the public service units that does not fit the specified timing with the nature of its work is also permissible to determine the appropriate time for the beginning and end of the working hours for its employees in coordination with the ministry, provided that the hours of working hours are not less than five hours in any case.
The Ministry confirmed in its circulation that it will take the necessary measures to implement inspection campaigns during the month of Ramadan to ensure that all public service units adhere to the specified hours of working hours. Civil service and insurance offices in the local authority will also implement inspection campaigns in all public service units subject to their authority, prepare reports of results and send them to the Ministry's General Court.
The Minister of Civil Service and Insurance, Abdel Nasser Ahmed Al -Wali, called at the conclusion of the circular, all public service units to adhere to the specified working hours, stressing the importance of providing services to citizens during the holy month of Ramadan.
