The committee concluded that the majority of the victims are among the categories of women and children whose effects are still clear through their bodies and their amputated bodies that were subjected to distortions and fractures and some of them lost the ability to move and see.
The National Investigation Committee believes that the effects of the effects of it in the region clarify the extent of flagrant violations of civilians' rights to protection and not to expose them to violence and danger, and stipulated in international humanitarian law.
