The National Committee to Investigate the allegations of Human Rights Violations concluded, an intensive field of four days ago to the villages and isolation of the Haifan district, south of Taiz Governorate, in the center of the country.

The descent, which is the first field arrival of the mechanism of achieving and documenting human rights violations to the Directorate, included field visits to the committee's teams to isolate the Abbos, the two and the intercourse, the direct inspection and the examination of the private and public civilian notables affected as a result of the random shelling of the villages of fog, the gossip, the prejudice, the hgter and the vow And the exception and show it.

During this intense program, the committee team headed by a member of the committee, Judge Ishraq Al -Maqtari, monitored and documented (340) violations related to all of them by international humanitarian law, because of these violations, dozens of victims were killed and injured.

The field team listened during separate hearings to (1020) of the victims, informants and eyewitnesses, and their statements were recorded in the facts, documenting the reports and demands of the victims and their families, and examining the effects of bombing and sniping and mine cultivation on the lives and safety of civilians.

The committee concluded that the majority of the victims are among the categories of women and children whose effects are still clear through their bodies and their amputated bodies that were subjected to distortions and fractures and some of them lost the ability to move and see.

The National Investigation Committee believes that the effects of the effects of it in the region clarify the extent of flagrant violations of civilians' rights to protection and not to expose them to violence and danger, and stipulated in international humanitarian law.

The committee also examined and seized the remnants of the projectiles that targeted the main roads and public water tanks and three schools in the region are (November 30 - Khaled bin Al -Walid - Omar bin Al -Khattab) basic and secondary. . 

The comprehensive destruction that caused the Khaled Bin Al -Walid School, which was providing education service, was also examined for (518) students in the basic stage, and stopped working for two years, which led to children leakage of education.

In a related context, the committee team met with dozens of victims of forced displacement who were forced by force of weapons to leave their homes and live in the open and mountains in an inhumane form. 

Within these works, the committee collected material evidence, examined photos, videos and reports, and conducted individual and group interviews with a number of mines victims that were planted near water wells and places of humiliation, and the current situation in the victims and their daily suffering. 

It was also close to the material losses of citizens in lives, property, restrictions, and the imposition of the punishment that the residents lived and live in villages, isolation of the anxies, the warships, and the vials in the mountainous directorate.

The National Committee is continuing its work in documenting and investigating human rights violations invites international and local organizations working on the humanitarian side to urgently intervene to help hundreds of male and female citizens in these villages who were deprived of the most basic civil, social and economic rights, including health care and humanitarian relief, given The catastrophic situation of the affected citizens in those areas that have been exposed and subject to violence And targeting their life, security, and physical, health, psychological and mental safety.
