The Court of First Instance of the Fourth Military Region held its public session headed by Judge Mukhtar Al -Sabban, President of the Court and in the presence of Judge Ibrahim Abdel -Rab, a member of the prosecution, and the secretary of the session, Sami Al -Jahfi, to consider a number of criminal cases.

In the Criminal Case No. (34) for the year 1444 AH, J. C. for the accusation of premeditated murder, where the verdict of the ruling spent as follows:

First: The conviction of both the accused (A.S.), (YA) and (SP) on the charge against them in the accusation decision, which is intentional killing.

Second: The execution of the convicts was shot by a retribution for killing the victims (A.A.) and (MH).

Third: The innocence of the defendants (M.N.), (AJH), (M.A.

Fourth: Obliging the convicts to pay five million riyals for the blood of the victim’s blood to compensate for them for the harm they suffered as a result of the crime.

Fifth: Obliging the convicts to pay two million riyals to feed and losers.

Sixth: The right to appeal on the legal date.

In Case No. (3) of the year 1444 AH, where the verdict of the ruling came with the following:

First: The conviction of the accused (A.A.A.

Second: The execution of the convict was shot by retribution for the death of the victim (M.N.) and (AA).

Third: The accused’s conviction of the charge against him in the accusation decision, which is to attempted death.

Fourth: The conviction of the convict for a period of five years from the date of his arrest.

Fifth: Obliging the convict to pay four million riyals to the blood of the victim's blood to compensate for them for the damage they suffered as a result of the crime.

Eighth: The right to appeal for a legal date. As for the criminal case, No. (8) of 1444 AH, the verdict came as follows:

First: The conviction of the accused (MAS) of the charge against him in the accusation decision, which is premeditated killing.

Second: The execution of the convict was shot by retribution for the death of the victim (M.C.).

Third: The accused’s conviction of the charge against him in the accusation decision, which is the attempt to kill the victim (NH) and (AFC).

Fourth: The conviction of the convict for a period of five years from the day of his arrest.

Fifth: Refining the victim against their legal right to demand compensation.

Sixth: Obliging the convict to pay three million riyals to the blood of the victim's blood to compensate them for the harm they suffered as a result of the crime.

Seventh: Obliging the convict to pay one million riyals fees and losers.

Ninth: The right to appeal for the legal date.
