The Emirati Red Crescent inaugurates a fasting breakfast project in Shabwa

The UAE Red Crescent Authority, with the support of the United Arab Emirates, inaugurated its first Ramadan projects for the year 1446 AH by launching the "fasting breakfast" project in Shabwa Governorate, as part of the humanitarian and relief efforts offered by the UAE to brothers in Yemen.
During the inauguration, Abdullah Saleh Al -Khulaifi, Director General of Ataq Directorate, Chairman of the local council, praised the humanitarian role of the UAE through the Red Crescent Authority, stressing that its charitable fingerprints are still witnessing the path of giving that the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan started and completed by his sons. He added that the local authority will be a supporter of these charitable and humanitarian efforts.
For his part, Majid bin Sari, Director of the Emirati Red Crescent Office in Shabwa, explained that the project aims to enhance the values of social solidarity, as it targets the most needy families, passers -by, patients in hospitals, cancer patients and kidney failure, in addition to prison and displaced people, to alleviate their suffering during the Holy Month.
Bin Sari pointed out that the authority is keen annually to implement various humanitarian and relief projects within the Emirati support plan, stressing the continued efforts to help the groups most in need of society.
