Higher education clarifies on the issue of depriving a superior student of a scholarship and confirms the treatment of the problem

In response to what has been circulated, regarding depriving the student, Abdulaziz Mohsen Al -Qafan, from a due scholarship, a source in the office of the Minister of Higher Education stated that Al -Qafan was not deprived of the scholarship, and that he received a scholarship to Jordan.
The responsible source explained that the cottage was submitted to the preference examination for the scholarships for the year 2024-2025 AD, and he took the eighth ranking in Shabwa Governorate, which qualified him for a nomination for a scholarship in Hungary.
The source added that due to the lack of acceptance of the student’s file in Hungary as a result of the specified quota for the number of grants allocated, he was compensated with a scholarship in Jordan with a specialty of cybersecurity.
added that the Shabwa Governorate’s share in granting human medicine in Jordan was granted to students No. 4 and 5 in the arrangement of the comparison, whose ranking was better than the cottage according to the entitlement statements.
