Shabwa Governorate Police issued a circular to prevent the sale of fireworks for children, stressing the need to adhere to this decision; In order to preserve the safety of society. 

This circular comes in light of the increasing cases of infection that children suffered as a result of the use of these games, and the resulting severe damage that may affect their health and safety.

The decision also aims to reduce the inconvenience and anxiety caused by fireworks for the population, which disturbs the public tranquility. 

The police warned that any violations of this decision will face strict legal measures towards the sellers. She stressed the importance of the parents' awareness of the dangers of these games, and invited them to follow their children and direct them to stay away from them.
