In a qualitative process, the anti -terrorist apparatus managed the Lahj governorate branch, in coordination with the Aden Security Department, to overthrow the most dangerous network of forgery for military and civilian cards, traffic permits with military points, and metal cars, which are used by terrorist elements in carrying out their operations, interruptions and selling vehicles in the neighboring governorates.

The raid came in coordination with the specialized criminal prosecution, and under the direction of Major General Shallal Ali Shawi, head of the anti -terrorism agency, where the forgery lab in Block 26 was raided in Mansoura district, after accurate monitoring operations that included phone calls and audio recordings between one of the accused and the leader of the terrorist cell involved in terrorist acts and cars kidnapping.

The raid resulted in the arrest of four accused, including the network leader, namely: (M.M.A.), (AAH), (M.AM) and (AJH)

During preliminary investigations, the cell members admitted their close association with terrorist elements that carried out terrorist operations and kidnappings, and they also revealed their involvement in falsifying cards, traffic permits and cars during the past years, and dealing with terrorist elements and suspicious groups practiced kidnapping, cutting and selling stolen cars in neighboring governorates.

The cell leader also admitted to giving false cards to the required terrorist elements and their identity completely changed from civil cards to military and driving licenses to car ownership in the names and new characteristic that they put to him in addition to cutting counterfeit military cards with the names of soldiers and officers close to military and security leaders for the purpose of facilitating their transportation with ease.

During the site inspection, the network members were found in the possession of large quantities of forged military and civil cards with the names of different personalities, in addition to forged traffic permits in the name of military and security agencies, brigades, security devices, forged passports, cars, customs data and fake university certificates, as well as advanced equipment for counterfeiting documents, such as modern printers, computers Mobile and office, as well as sorcery and magic books, indicating their use of illegal methods in their criminal operations.

Investigations are still ongoing with the network members to unveil more of those involved in these crimes, as the anti -terrorist apparatus in Lahj Governorate works to track down the rest of the cell elements, in preparation for referring them to the competent judicial authorities to receive their just penalty.
