The head of the Hadramout Appeals Prosecution inspects the conditions of the detainees at the Baaboud Security Center in Makla

The head of the Hadramout Appeals Prosecution, Judge Muhammad bin Ali Al -Hajj, made an inspection visit to the Baaboud Security Center in the Makla Security Directorate, to see the conditions of the detainees and follow up the progress of legal procedures related to their cases.
During the visit, Judge Bin Ali Al -Hajj listened to every detainee separately, and discussed with them their legal conditions, stressing the need to accelerate the completion of their procedures in accordance with the legal controls, in order to achieve justice and guarantee the rights of all parties.
The head of the prosecution praised the efforts of the leadership of the Baaboud Security Center in the application of the law, stressing the importance of strengthening the rule of law and respecting the rights of detainees. The detainees also called for cooperation with the competent authorities, hoping that each individual will obtain his right according to fair legal procedures.
Al -Qadi bin Ali Al -Hajj said: “This visit comes within the framework of following up the course of legal procedures for detainees, who number 36 people, whose cases are considered before the courts of first instance or are still under investigation.
The head of the Hadramout Appeals Prosecution affirmed the prosecution’s commitment to continue to follow up the conditions of the detainees, and to ensure the progress of legal procedures in a fair manner, stressing the need to respect the rights of individuals and enhance the principle of the rule of law.
