The Minister of Transport, Dr. Abdul Salam Humaid, discussed today in Aden with the Governor of Hadhramaut, Mabkhout bin Madi, the necessary arrangements to open flights from Al-Rayyan International Airport to Cairo International Airport and the perceptions of the local authority to establish a sea tongue to export raw materials and mineral products, given the mineral wealth that Hadhramaut Governorate enjoys.

The Minister of Transport indicated that there is funding from the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen in the amount of 10 million Saudi riyals to develop the infrastructure of the Al-Wadiah land port.
